Aside from ever-popular symphony pops concerts, the worlds of classical music and popular music are often seen as at odds with one another. In this intimate, interactive performance/presentation, local composer Sarah Perske discusses/demonstrates songwriting, composing, and what it means to be a musician in both worlds. Admission is free. Appropriate for all ages.
This talk is presented as part of Nebula Ensemble’s Summer Festival 2018. See the full festival schedule here. All events are free and open to the public!
